This website is purely informational. We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking services, or social media plugins. We process personal data only to the extent technically necessary to provide the website or if you send us such data yourself, for example by email.

3. Hosting and server log files

When you access this website, our hosting provider Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg (AWS) automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR to provide the website securely and reliably. Log files are deleted after 7 days. A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.

4. Web fonts

The fonts used on this website are hosted locally on our server. No connection to servers of Google or other font providers is established when a page is opened and no data is transmitted to third parties.

5. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your details (email address, name, content of the message) to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer required for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. External links

Our website contains links to external websites (for example canifel.de and LinkedIn). When you follow these links, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, P.O.
